I am at a loss as to what to do next. I took a semen analysis and there was no sperm in the semen. I had a testicular biopsy done and was given the prognosis of unobstructive azoospermia with focal sloughing. I went to my wifes fertility specialist and they checked for hormone imbalance and it came back OK. I just had a chromosome check and am awaiting the results. Basically the doctors and urologists cannot explain why I am not producing sperm. I have to say it has been a 1 year of research and I cannot find anything on my exact condition. Not knowing what is wrong is very frustrating and I have no clue what to do next. If anyone has any information or any advice or know someone who would know what to do next please let me know.

Thanks

My sympathies. This must be very stressful and disappointing for you and your wife. I do not know much about male infertility but I thought I would pass along some products I came across. It is called Fertility Blend. It is herbal and safe and suppose to increase fertility. It can be purchased online. There is one for men and one for women. Stanford just did a study on the women's blend and the group that took the blend had 3x more pregnancies than the group that took the placebo. However, there is no studies on the male's but it might be worth a try.
