I am 28, my wife is 20, married 3 months ago,
my semen analysis is :

Volum: 3.5 mmls
Normal PH
Count : 6 millions
Motility: 40%
Morphology: 10% normal

according to the World Health Organization(WHO) a normal sperm analysis should be this or higher:
Volume 2-5ml
concentration 20million/ml
Motility 50%
Morphogy 30%
Your analysis suggests that you have 2.4 million motile sperm per/ml. So times that by the amount of your volume which is about 3ml= 7million 200,000 motile sperm in your ejaculation.Although this is a bit low, normal procreation is possible but you should do some lifestyle changes and retest in 3months.
1. if you smoke (stop)
2. donot wear tight briefs (wear boxers)
3. No hot tubs
4. Limit drinking to twice a week
5. Take vitamins (E,C, folic acid and Zinc)

You never mentioned if there were white blood cells in your SA .. that could be important
