Hello everyone,

This is my first time on here, very good and informative website.

I have a low sperm count called oligospermia according to the doctor. I know it takes 90 days for sperm to mature but the problem is i can't stand a day without without sex or masturbation and the wife doesn't know i masurburbate. We have been trying for 5 years for baby.

Now my question is that while taking the necessary vitamins to replace the sperm does it mean i have to stay 90 days without sex to ensure i have enough mature sperm to pregnate my wife.

Any advise will be appreciated.Thanks.
