Take Maca Root. You can get it on-line. Just google it.

My husband was diagnosed with necrozoospermia, that he produced all in motile, or dead sperm. He started taking a list of herbs and vits, (saw palmetto, nettle leaves, sasparilla root, pumpkin seed oil, yohimbe, vitamin E, and Zinc) and increased his intake of fruit and veggies. He also cut out alot of sugar and salts. He drinks pretty much only water now too. At his follow up analysis his count quadrupled and he actually had sperm swimming, 20% if them infact. Good luck to you!

I have the same question on improving sperm motility via natural supplements. I have had both the surgical and interventional radiology procedures done to remove a varicocele. There was about a 10% improvement (from about 5%) with the interventional radiology procedure. However, I'm still low. There's so much out there on natural supplements and sperm motility. Can someone please recommend one that works? I am currently taking "Fertility for Men". Not sure yet of the impact of this supplement. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.
