Infertility

I am concerned that I am infertile since I have not impregnated any women for the past 20 years. I was with my exwife for 12 years and she never got pregnant even though we never used protection. However, she became pregrnant by another guy after we got divorced. Furthermore, I was diagnosed with diabetes type ii since 1997, but after much thought, I believe I was diabetic since I was in high school without realizing it.

Could I be infertile due to my diabetes? Everywhere I read and research, the information indicates that a male can be considered infertile if he can not have children with unprotected sex. Even this website indicated that same.

Any medical professions have any comments? I have not gone to a urologist due to lack of insurance.
