my name is chuck, have was told I had IC about 1 month ago. I have been to urologist after urologist over and over. finally they went in and looked at my bladder and sure enough IC they are now sending me to see a pain management doctor on June 2. Hi chuck,
My name is Jenn I was actually just recommended to a pain clinic the experince I had was a really good one my doctor was fantastic they sent me for and MRI which concluded that there was more than just my IC. I have been taking Perks for my pain it seems to be the only thing that is working for me. I completely understand your fear of asking I was the same way but I did ask the doctor and naturally he was hesitant but I explained I can not make it through the day, I brought someone with me that sees what I go through on an everyday basis I would suggest that it tends to help more than just going by yourself. The pain clinic is there to help I think if your honest then you will be fine. I know have to go and see a pyschial therapist to help deal with the pain. So I hope that this helped and good luck.
