Interstitial Cystitis

I’m 18 with Interstitial Cystitis and I stay in pain 24/7,I have had Ic since 2004 and ever since then Ive been real sick. I also have Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Witch does not make my Ic any better I have Had 2 surgery…I have been onelmiron and it seem not to work for me,my doctor has me on percocet,it helps sometimes but no most of the time!
I have done the bladder treatments also and It seems like nuthing helps!

Hi there,

I'm so sorry that you are struggling- and at such a young age!

I am newly diagnosed with IC myself and have found a lot of good information and support from the ICN network online. If you google ICN you can read posts and info about a lot of different aspects of IC. Plus there are many who have dealt with this disease for a number of years and have much experience/wisdom to offer.

I hope things get better very soon! Know that there are many of us out there too.
