I have found relief from IC by using D-Mannose. It can be bought from health food stores or online. I no longer need to have bladder injections. The pain is controllable now. I feel like I have my life back.

you have stated that d-mannose has proven to work for you. my husband has tried many diff things with very little relief so he has decided to try this. it has been a few months since your post. Is this still working for you? and how long did you have to take it before you found it to work?
