I have been having mentrual like cramps not that painfull but its there, frequent need to pee, pressure in the bladder region I have had many urine cultures which all came back normal, Have been on antibiotics for a week but still have symptoms????Hello need info...

How old are you and how long have you had these symptoms?
Please see a urologist (good one) who can check if you have IC.
Sounds like it could be it. I know that with IC the pain becomes more intense with your period. But having urine cultures come back negative is a sign. Keep in mind you could also have IC and still have a positive urine culture as I have had after my cysto in june. Do you feel this pain all the time?
Does your abdomen feel tender and sore all month long? Tell your GP how you feel because otherwise they will just keep giving you antibiotics!

Hello, my name is Michelle and I am a newbie.

I am 45 and in the past have had UTI'S. This past Saturday, I had frequency of urinating and pressure.

I went to emergency and the urine showed bacteria. They gave me a injection of trobimicin. It helped for two days and my symptoms are still persisting.

Do you have any suggestions? Do I see a obgyn or a neurologist? Are there urogynecologists?
