Interstitial Cystitis

I have never talked to anyone with ic. Diagnosed 10 yrs ago with ic I have had 2 hydrodistentions w/ dmso also on elavil I was feeling pretty good then a year ago I started feeling bad again so dr. put me on elavil and an antibiotic. I had an hmo it was hard to get a referal to a urologist now i have changed insurance to kaiser i like my dr. he prescribed 6 dmso cocktail 6 treatments 6 weeks. I thought I would be feeling better by now with one treatment left but I really havent been I used to have severe pain like labor but now its a burning that is driving me insane. I am hairstylist and its been hard to stand for 10 hrs a day. I feel like im being a baby i should be able to handle this today i get an email from my nurse saying i was treated with the recalled heparin so now im confused was it the heparin making the burning worse or just me. does anyone have this severe burning any ideas any help i would greatly appriciate thank you.
