Kidney Cancer

I had a tumor that ended up being benign but didnt know until they took my kidney out. Now I have only one and they are saying the same thing about this one that they did before. That this is cancer and that the good news they caughtit early. What they dont know is that i just remembered that 2 yrs ago my lung dr saw something done a ultra sound and said the ultra sound was ok. So now i guess this has been there 2 yrs some have said well if it was cancer it would have spread or you would be dead by now. I dont know anyone have any thoughts on this. I 'm hoping and thinking that this may be like the other one and not a cancer all my recent test seems to be different opions to as some say its probably a cyst and other says a cancer of course i do know they cant tell postive until they go in. But would appreaciate any thoughts on this with all the conflict and how long its been there I am begining to think its not much and am getting confuse because this makes no sence

No one has any views why would ct mri and ultrasound have different reports ?

This might be a good situation for a biopsy to determine what the lesion is

Just got back from the dr he told me I'm between a rock and a hard place since I only have one kidney its either check again in a couple of months or do the surgery he says it is solid

also he says no biopsy because there is the risk if it is cancer causing it to spread.
