Kidney Infection

I hate to bother but i was wondering if anyone can get back to me as soon as possible about this subject.
Well i just found out that i was 5 weeks pregnante. A week after I found out my Back Started to hurt on 2 days ago. I mean OUTSTANDINGINGLY hurt. I would try to lay on my back and relax and take a deep breath in. And i would be in Great Pain, as if someone was stabbing my back with a knife.
Not only that but i started to get the chills and I am tired to the point were i can't stay awake and feel very light headed..
To add on to all of these sypmtons I also stared spotting mucus blood when i go to the bathroom.
Could this be a sign of a Kidney infection?
And does Drinking alot of water or Cranberry Juice does that help?
Please let me know ASAP.
