Kidney Stones

Had my first kidney stone in 2005. Got up at 5am one morning with excruciating pain in right kidney area (they say this pain is worst than childbirth). Got X rays done and had an emergency Ureterolithotomy (Laser blasting of stone). Has a stent for 1 week. The stent was very uncomfortable. Blood in urine for up to 1 week.
Followed doctors instructions - drink plenty of water, exercise, lots of greens and fruits, but in June 2007 this year got a 6mm stone again. Went for same procedure all over a...Read the full article

Try drinking a glass of lemonade 3 times a day. Also you can squeeze lemon into water that you drink. The citrate in lemons inhibits stone formation
