Cyst on the Kidneys

Last year while being thoroughly examined by a number pf specialists as I was having a cancer scare, a cancer specialist said that the CAT Scan showed a "Cyst" on the kidneys. Is this another name for Kidney Stones? He spesifically used the word the Cyst. Also, said it was absolutely nothing to worry about.

Any comments?
