Kidney Stones

Hello...I am curious to see if someone can tell me that if I had possible dormant kidney stones and within the past 2 weeks had a hysterectmy would that cause these kidney stones to become loose and cause me issues? I am currenty taking medication to treat a UTI as that is what if feels like however the medication should have started to make a difference and I still feel a great sense of urgency when I urinate. I had kidney stones once before about 5 years ago after the birth of my son.
