Kidney Stones

Hi, has anyone heard of a kidney stone that has been pushed out of kidney during a laser removal process. I had a very bad experiance with one of my last stones. A month after my last stone I went to a new urologist after still being in pain with no help from that last guy.Not to mention my regular doc found protien in my urine. New guy did an x-ray and found that I still had 4 large stone's and that i need lithotripsy and a stent. During the surgery he found that one of my stones is just floating around outside the kidney. His explination; was that it can sometimes happen with the use of a laser. I guess the other guy made a small hole or something. At this point I feel defeated. I have had over 50 stones with no awnsers on how I born with cement mixers instead of kidneys. But now I have to go back in a couple of weeks to find out how much damage was caused. I hope nobody else has had this happen but, if you have could you let me know what your doc said happened.

I think I would talk to a lawyer about medical malpractice and neglect if you have damage. Report the doctor to the state medical board for a formal review. This is horrible. I am so sorry.
