Post Lithotripsy

Okay, this is a twist to the stories I've read on this site. I'm a mid 40's male who just had lithotripsy late November 2008 to break up a 7mm stone. I was like most newbies experiencing sharp pain in the side/back and not having a clue what was going on. Checked myself into the emergency room thinking my appendix was about to burst. After untrasound the emergency doctor told me to go to a urologist as he didnt think the 7mm stone would pass. The urologist did the lithotripsy while completely knocked out. I didn't feel a thing and when discharged 4 hours after I checked in to the hospital I went home and passed the stone fragments over the next 2 weeks. After xrays determined all the stones passed there was no pain. While this sounds funny, here's the twist. My orgasms have changed - for the better! They weren't poor before the stone. However, the orgasm and discharge is definately more intense now. It also appears to be more watered down. Has anyone else had this experience and what did their doctor advise?
