Are there any weight loss products that have no side effects

Post a new topicby Maiigan on Thu Feb 05, 2009 5:29 am

Hi,

I have tried so many products for losing weight. But so far I haven’t found any products which give good results without any side effects. Now, I'm looking for products that have no side effects and can help me to control my weight. Can anyone help me?

hello,

Here's my advice, don't use any products....
pills make you go crazy and some of them suppress your apetite and you end up eating too little therefore losing weight but every single time you get off them you'll gain everything back if not more, believe me I've been down that road many many times. I reached 200 pounds at one point, then I decided to track my foods every now and then and eat more veggies and fruit. Those little changes helped big time, it has taken me like a year now but I'm 145 now, sure it's been slow but when I eat like a maniac I don't gain more than half a pound because I did it the healthy way. Please, don't take pills, you'll just be disappointed after you get off them and you gain weight back!

Hi Maiigan....

The best way to loose weight is to eat healthy balanced food and doing exercises.

Tips to loose weight:

* Eat healthy foods and snacks like fruits, vegetables, salads, green leaves.
* Indulge in low calorie, high protein, high fiber, low fat diet.
* Avoid junk foods, fatty foods, sweets, fast foods, desserts, soft drinks.
* Avoid alcohol consumption.
* Avoid smoking.
* Monitor your weight regularly.
* Avoid excess intake of salt which causes water retention.
* Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily.
* Check for medical disorders which may cause weight gain like thyroid disorders, Cushing syndrome (excess production of hormones by adrenal glands), and poly cystic ovarian syndrome.
* Check for the medications you are taking which may cause weight gain like steroids, oral contraceptives, antipsychotics, antidepressants.
* Avoid stress, anxiety, depression because this may cause overeating.
* Take at least 8 hours of sleep daily.
* See a doctor and get physically examined before starting any weight loss regime.
* Set realistic goals and small goals like losing 10% of your weight in a month which is attainable and easier to stay focused.
* Do not use any weight losing pills or any other type of pills shown in advertisements.
* Factors such as genetics, ethnicity, environment, your job and physical hindrances form exercising can affect your weight management efforts. Accept that some things you cannot change.
