If you are talking about Vesicoureteral Reflux then "yes" .We have a daughter that suffers with it.
We recently found out that our daughter (4 yrs old) also had an E-coli infection. She had several infections in short periods of time and our provider sent us to an Urologist. After running a dye test and taking xrays of her bladder it was determined that she will most likely need surgery. We were given the option of antibiotics daily but decided against it. We discussed a couple of treatment options with the specialist and he feels at this point that we need to push lots of liquids and make sure she wipes the right way and put her on a potty schedule. If she gets another infection within the next couple of months then we will do the surgery. I am curious if your daughter has red hair. I read that this condition mainly occurs in a red head . I hope everything goes well with your little one.
