Toddler with urinary pain but no infection

On Aug. 16, 08 I took my 3yr old daughter in because she said her pee hurts. After doing a urinalysis it showed that she had an elevated wbc so they put her on amoxicillen she remained on that for 10 days. On the 7th day of the amox. she went back to have a repeat urinalysis when those test results came back it showed that the amox. wasn’t working. So the Dr. prescribed Septra on Aug.25th. hello,
you were looking for advice on what might be helpful to ease the pain when it occurs and i had a suggestion. you might try sitting your daughter in a warm bath. i have a similar problem with pain and no infection this seems to help me out!
