Hi there,

My son was born with his little opening off to one side. It didn't seem like a big deal til he tried to tinkle on a tree outside (as we were starting potty training) and it kept shooting him either in the eye or over his left shoulder! Sounds funny and, well it was, but I didn't want him performing locker room tricks later in life. So we had a very simple little operation that fixed it. He didn't need any special care, except a little Tylenol. I'd talk to your urologist, but if it's a simple operation I'd do it. And if you're worried just get another opinion.

Good Luck,
Lauri
