This morning when I was changing my son's diaper I noticed that his right testicle (which was previously perfectly normal) has come out of the scrotal sack and has ridden up to just-above-and-to-the-right of his penis between his skin and his pelvic bone. He is not in pain and made no reaction of any kind when I tried to gently move the testicle back down into the scrotal sack. The testicle will move up and down to the top of the scrotal sack, but will not move down far enough to enter the scrotum and I'm definitely not going to use force or pressure on anything! Please help! Does anyone know what this is? Hours of searching the net have only found some adult men who say that this happens to them during sex, before ejaculation, and no one knows why. I'm worried sick! Does anyone have any knowledge of a condition like this?
