Pediatric Urology

My son is now almost 4 months old but when he was born the pedi at the hospital told my husband andI our sons penis was 3 cm shorter then it should be. They said hes pedi would discuss it with us when we took then the hospital eval. My sons dr will not discuss it with us and acts as though nothing is wrong. When changing my son or giving him a bath you can not see a penis it is just his scrotum. My husband had made several comments about it and wants to know why the dr is not addressing it. This is out second son and the first one who is now 3 has no issued with size what so ever. So what caused this one to have it and what should I do since the dr is not doing anything???? TIA
