Pediatric Urology

I care for a 5 year old boy who urinates at most 3 times per day. He doesn't wet the bed or have accidents during the day. He can wake in the morning and not urinate for 2-3 hours. If asked if he needs to go he always says no and has to be forced to try.

He is healthy, though slight for his age. He has spurts of having a good appetite, though is picky about what he eats.

Has anyone had a similar experience? Thanks
