Antibiotics for 5 1/2 mn old with garde 4 hydronephrosis

My 5 1/2 mn old has grade 4 hydronephrosis and has been on antibiotics since birth. She has developed a rash all over her body. It is especially bad in her diaper area. What antibiotics are other infants on? Is furadantin safe/common?
