dear friends
good day to all..
i have a child with low type (penoscrotal) hypospadias had had three operations till now
,the first one had failed and ended with meatal stenosis the other ones by different plastic surgeon were successful for relieving the chordae and fibrosis and elongation of the penis and reliefing the stenosis the problem is that i am seeking any new methods or advances in surgery instead of the third operation which presumed to be urethral flap or graft because i am afraid from the failure especially post operatively and if the answer is no then any center or surgeon to complete the operation in near by country that you can recommend ..because i am living in iraq and the health services are not satisfying .the child age now around 7 .
