Is a meatotomy premed on only boys, or is it a procedure can also be done on girls?

Meatotomy is done for boys whose penile opening has become too small to pee. This only occurs in circumicised boys. This is not necessary for girls, but sometimes they can develop adhesion of labia (vaginal lips) which can require incision.
