Re: pediatric bed wettingSome boys with sleep apnea have huge tonsils, that can lead to bedwetting. This is not a common cause of bedwetting, but I have seen it. As far as the medicine is concerned, there are couple of medications - called DDAVP and imipramine - which may help him. This does not cure the bedwetting, but helps it while children are trying to outgrow it.
Re: pediatric bed wettingMy daughter wet the bed nearly every single night without exception till she was eight and had a tonsilectomy. She had the surgery over a year ago and has not wet the bed even once since then.
She had very large tonsils and adnoids per the doctor who removed them. Coincidence?
