I have a 4 year old son with retracting testes, What are the the best treatments and what are the risks of such treatments? We have had a scan and it shows the canal to be very large. I have pulled up some of the treatments (closing the ring) available in the U.S. but we live in Manila and I worry about the quality of care available.
