Advice

Hi,

Ever since I was a young kid i noticed my penis looked different to other boys in that it bends down slightly. I always thought this was because it was a lot bigger than normal. It wasnt until i statred noticing that guys in porn had rather large penises but were still straight. Before i started masturbating properly, i remember I'd lay on my stomach and apply pressure on my penis with a pillow or something and massage it that way, with my penis pointing down pressed against my leg, therefore never allowing for an erection. I believe this constant conditioning of my penis resulted in the abnormal shape it has now.

I really dont mind how my penis looks, its not really curvy, and girls usually find this interesting as it is different.

However, i have never been able to have a strong enough erection for sexual intercourse. Ive had ultra sounds to check the blood flow (which is normal, Ive had blood tests for testosterone (normal) and pretty much every other test you can think of. I need 100mg of Viagra to have sex. Again, i think this has to do with the way I "masturbated" when i was very young.

I guess the advice i am asking is would I be a cnadidate for a surgical option? Sure it's a hassle to, at my agem (23), have to take viagra everytime i have sex as it takes the spontenaety out of it, but then again, if surgery would eliminate this wihtout to much grief then maybe its the way to go....

Another thing, my foreskin doesnt retract completely when i do get an erection. could this be due to PD??

Your foreskin should have nothing to do with Peyronie's, also it doesn't sound like you have peyronies but instead just some natural curvature. You could have your testosterone checked. I would not suggest surgery at your age, you might want to try Cialis since that should allow for more spontaneity. Good luck

thanks for the helpful response. You are right that having surgery at my age is probably not the best idea, and i guess isnt really necessary in that the slight curvature of my penis doesnt prevent me from being able to have intercourse. So i guess i will just concentrate on enjoying the best sex life i can.

btw, cialis doesnt really work as well for me as viagra for some reason.

Thanks again.
