Peyronie's Disease

Just recently I've noticed my penis when fully erect about 3 quarters up the shaft is bent to the right about 20 degree's off straight up an down no lump are rigid place not even noticeable unless fully erect I'm wondering if this may be beginning of peyronie's have had problems in past with BPH an had a turp about 2 years back have a lot of erection during the night [ more than normal i think ] especially when i have the urge to void have to get up go an urinate an it goes down, this goes on seems like all night this doesn't happen during day just at night any way i cant get a straight answer from my urologist what causes this an decided ill have to live with this, any way do you think these erection could bring on this disease are make it worse if that's what it is ,also have taken avodart an proscar in past i have read someone say proscar can cause this disease i am 58 years old otherwise in good health like to hear comments from anyone thank you.
