I have a 45 degree curvature. I would like to know how much length I will loose if i have the Nesbit surgery, and what the is the general price range of this surgery(I don't have insurance).

I can only guess that the loss of perhaps 1/2 -3/4 of an inch might occur.
The total cost for such a procedure will vary considerably by location, but probably is in the 5-7.5K range.
