I am 22 and a virgin and will be for at least a year. I think I have peyronie's from information I have found on the net. My penis bend's downwards when erect and seems to have a darkened area on the underside which could be a plague. I have had this condition for as long as I can remember. I do not get any pain with erections and apart from the curve they seem to be normal. Obviously I am quite worried about sex in the future please could you give me some advice?

Such a scenario sounds more like a congenital chordee (bend) than Peyronie’s disease, and is rarely ever a clinical problem with sex.
Seeing a urologist with some photos (Polaroid or digital) of your erection will get you the individual diagnosis and personal guidance you deserve.
