I would like to join, or start, a support group. Is there anybody out there who can help me with this?

Not sure how one would start such a group. And even is forming such a group is feasible.

It is one thing to admit to a problem with the genitalia in a relatively anonymous environment of a chat room but then to get guys together who would admit to it and then meet to discuss it sounds impossible

Now assuming that one would start a group like this in MSN groups for instance would require such monitoring to keep out those who are just ogglers. Those just trying to see what we look like et al. Parameters would, or depending on how basic you would want it to be, would not have to be set.

Personally I just see more problems than answer
