I'm a Urology Technician, been in Urology over 9 years. My question is about Verapamil Gel Peyronie's Disease is r opinion on drug. Physicians I work have been using it patients in my opinion I haven't seen much of an improvement those patients who have large calcifications. All patients expressing how y receive better sensation intimacy corpora becomes fuller an erection, majority see no change in curvature. medication patient is taking Vit. E, is staying away from Vit. C. Is it better to just bypass using gel try surgery or would Verapamil Injections be a more direct intervention prior to surgery?

I have not had any experience with Verapimil (and am not surprised there is not much anatomic change in the significant lesions). Any injections into the lesion runs a risk of worsening the scar.
