Re: I cum early than my partnerSparco - I just relocated to Dubai and based in Dubai, married male 40. y.o and having similar problems with early ejaculation. I have tried few exercises and control techniques which helped and will be glad to share with you. In fact I am seeking to connect with individuals/couples with similar problems in Dubai to support and help each other. Re: I cum early than my partnerHello, I'm 39 and have the same problem. What I used to do was to perform lots of foreplay followed by oral sex to her until she was about to reach the climax and then I penetrated her gently and moved slowly until I couldn't take it any more. But men last longer in the second time. I considered once the idea of buying an artificial penis to attach to my body and continuing the sexual intercourse by making her feel the warmth of my body against her y sharing kisses to make her come. This is something you should talk to her to see if she agrees. I never tried it because my relationship ended long before discussing the subject. Maintain communication with your partner, get to know each other sexually, what she likes and how she feels about differents positions. My previous relationships were satisfactory for both of us despite my problem of premature ejaculation.
Re: I cum early than my partnerSparco,
I stumbled upon your topic while doing some research regarding Intersticial Cystitis, IC is a naturally occuring disease that can cause frequent urination due to bladder and urethra irritation. In my case it also is causing hyper sensitivity in the head of my penis, which ultimately causes pre-mature ejaculation. Diet is one of the most effective means of controlling IC, you may or may not have IC. But, you can do a simple test to find out and it may help with your problem. Follow an IC diet for a couple of weeks and see if makes a difference, if it does simply begin to introduce certain foods / drinks back into your diet one at a time to find out which one is causing the irritation. Here is a short breakdown of the Diet; None of the following: caffiene, chocolate, alcohol, multi vitamins, soda pop, and anything high in acid. That basically leaves: Milk, Water, Bread, Meat, Fish, Pork, Vegetables, Some Fruits (be careful with these) your almost better off cutting them out for a short period as well. You will notice a difference within a couple weeks, If it works awesome. If not what have you lost, a couple weeks without a bunch of crap you probably don't need anyways...lol Oh yea, try to stay away from spices as well. Hot Sauce etc.. I struggle with that one and the coffee. Good luck, Justin
