I am a heathy 50 yr old male and all my life I have suffered from PM. I cannot last very long while thrusting and have tried to pull out and perform oral stimulation on my wife but she gets very impatient and wants intercourse. I have not mentioned this to my doctor because it is a rather embarrasing problem. I have read that some of the anti-depressants will help with this. I had a friend on one, Zoloft I believe, and he found it hard to cum. I think I just have an over sensitive penis. Is there anything that I can do to help?

Zoloft can help. But you might want to go to your local drug store and find a condom that has a "numbing" medication on the inside and try that out to start

i am male aged 22 and i am suffering from premature ejaculation since my early child hood.i ajuculate too quikly even before intercourse when the foreplay s going on i ejaculate at that time.i think i have a way too sensitive penis.please help me with this problem or refer me to a medicene which would make my penis go stronger and not ejaculate quickly. live in pakistan if you can refer me to some medicince then please do the ones whihc are available in pakistan thnkx alot waiting for ur reply
