Prostate Cancer - 18 years later

I was diagnosed in 1991 at age 57 with a PSA of 44 and Gleason score of 6-7. I opted for a prostatectomy but the capsule had been breeched and the operation terminated. This was followed by External Beam Radiation but the following year the PSA was back to 12. I chose an orchiectomy reasoning that this would be preferable to chemical castration and accepting that my sex life was over.
