Your urine will clear up. It may take up to a month.

Patients with full recovery after surgery usually takes three to four months time.
after the end of surgery ,one year late,Some patients is still possible existence of stress urinary incontinence, which occurs mainly in the cough, heavy lifting, sneezing or laughing .these can increase abdominal pressure and a series of case.so have to pay close attention to these things.

I had my prostate out the end of March. I was almost dry, so I tried a backpack trip last week. Dripped most of the day while carrying the pack. Very disappointing. So stress related incontinence is real.

I am also on hormone intervention and I found my energy level to be absolutely flat while backpacking and I could not do it. So another thing I once loved doing is now gone. At least for now.

And my emotions are messed up so I had some problem handling all this.

I tell you, I would like to threw in the towel and quit this whole expereince and start with something else.

my experience included some bleeding in urine over the first 10 days off & on. Resting & drinking fluids seemed to help clear it out.
