robotic prostate surgary

My husband is 55 years old and june 11th was told he had prostate cancer out of 12 biopsys 11 were positive. he was giving the hormone shot to stop the cancer till surgary. August 26th he had the robotic surgary and it all went well, he was sent home the next day. Yes alittle sore and only taking tylanol 3. So far everything is going great and we would recommend that surgary to anyone.

My jaw dropped when I read 11 specimens were malignant. I had one out of 8 and had it taken care of with radiation. I'm very glad all went well. I was scared to have the surgery and was worried about the time off of work. God bless.

let us know in 6-12 months if there are any side effects. ( erectile dysfunction or incontinence) These are common in radical surgery. Hope things go well.
