I have had this condition for 6 months and have learned that the symptoms are varied and unique to the individual. I had an intense warm feeling in my groin and a painful, "prickly" and numb feeling throughout my groin and genitals. Very painful and uncomforable. Antibiotics would not work for me either. It would temporarily get better and then the symptoms would come right back. I know you said you have tried herbal remedies but have you tried a product called Prosta-Strong? I started on this 5 days ago and my symptoms are completely gone. I was about to order Ayurstate and try it but decided to try a cheaper option first. I found it in a Vitamin World store, 90 gell capsules for $20. I take 4 a day and I feel MUCH better. If you haven't tried it please do. It may work for you. You might also want to consider Ayurstate. Just google it. It is expensive but they offer a money back guarantee. Hope this helps.
