Prostatitis

I'm 30 years old and have had a few prostatis infection. I'm not dating and so I didn't get it having sex. Why at 30 would I get this and why has it come back 3 times?

I cannot say for sure, but a PA of urology said that men who spend time sitting, drivers, office workers, could get it. I learned on this sight that there is a bacteria that grows naturally in the prostate and that sometimes it gets backed up and causes a problem.
