Do I have prostatitis?

Post a new topicby HeIsLegend on Thu Nov 01, 2007 12:23 am

Hey everyone.
I'll start from the top. I'm 19 years old. Over the last couple of months I've had a pain on the left side of my testicles. Not in the left testicle itself, but more like the tube connecting to the testicle and it seems swollen. I was too scared to do anything about it or go to a doctor. And in the last couple of weeks I've been urinating quite frequently. I would be sitting there and have the feeling of having to urinate even though I just went. Not until the last couple of days while I've been urinating I would see some blood. On the back wall of the toilet there would be a little trace of pink and towards the end a tiny gob of blood would come out. None of this was painful, just a weird sensation. So any help to what to do or what it could be would be greatly appreciated. And also, I don't have a physician. So would I goto the hospital or just a walk in clinic? Thanks A lot.

Hi He_is_legend!!
I'm not a doctor or anything similar, but I can tell you that may be the best idea will be to go with your urologist and tell all your symptoms, He will make some tests to determine what do you really have. It is quite normal to have some fear, but you have to speak with him open and frankly, whatever he ask and do the treatments. Then you'll be healthy and happy again.
I wish you a quick healing.
Meister.
