Prostatitis

I am 30 years of age and i think i am suffering from chronic prostatitis My last visit with the doctor is way back few years now and he diagnosed me with the said condition. He then gave me antibiotics for my condition but sad to say, i didn't feel any effect. I am not sure if its really prostatitis but the symptoms that im suffering are the following; lower back pain, pain during ejaculation, pain in my anus ( i cannot sit straight on any hard object because it causes me pain and if i stand up for a long period of time, it also causes me pain in my anus), i cannot prolong erection of penis especially after ejaculation. I am suspecting that this is the cause why i have a low sperm count because during my hay days as a teen ager when i'm not feeling anything, i can make 3-4 rounds in an night and still can ejaculate a good volume of sperm but now i can't even sustain erection after my first ejaculation and only a small volume of sperm. Can somebody advice me what to do, please
