Prostatitis

I have sever lower abdominal pain under my belly by 3 inches and lower back pain. I usually wake up with sever pain and can't go back to sleep and it last all the day and persistent. My doctor sent me for CT scan with injection after finding microscopic blood in my urine. CT scan shows Cyst on my right kidney but no stone and found tumor on my prostate but the PSA is only 0.7 and doctor said that is a good indication it is not cancer and he might takes biopsy with 2 weeks. He did cystoscopy to my bladder it looks good and taken biopsy the result will be in 6 days. My pain is so sever and I told my doctor it seem Pelvic muscle pain. I'm waiting for my next appointment.
