Prostatitis

I was wondering if anyone with chronic type two prostatitis has a problem alos with pneumaturia, that is, air in the bladder or other urinary organ that comes out during, after, urination.
I have been told that this is a function of another, non prostatitis problem that will need surgery. But it could also come from yeast infection from persistent use of antibiotics. I would appreciate any help.
