Treating prostatitis!Hi. I'm an engineering student, and I suffered from the prostatitis for long time. It made me feel really sick sometimes and sad.
I think the following components are decisive to develop prostatitis according to my case. 1. Stress and overwork (make your defenses low, so you can have everything, flu, throat infection, or...urinary infection that becomes prostatitis The inflamation and infection is internal, so you need examination by an urologist As any infected organ, it will be painful when touched). Solution -> change your lifestyle and do not stress you without need. Anything to relax your life will be good. 2. Psychosomatic factors. A healthy sexual life may feel you happy and active (and the same for your partner), but sometimes people get hurted and this can create trauma and stress. Our internal fears may appear... I think body and mind are quite interconnected. Solution -> (if possible), find a partner with which you can share and communicate...through the body. Equilibrium and harmony. 3. The actual infection. Stress, low defenses, any bacterial infection comes and then...prostatitis appear. It may become worse if muscles (perineal muscles , I think) are under tension, and you feel bad, weak, stressed, depressed...or with fear. Symptoms become worse if you think a lot about them. My doc gave me some Ciprofloxacin, (antibiotics), it weakens you a little bit, but I changed a lot my life style to minimize stress (more relaxed) and increased sport, healthy food, fruits, and dates also. Then I looked for some natural reinforcement, some homeopatic or herbal supplement. (I got in a store some compound of pumpkin seeds, pumkin seed oil and Saw palmetto, it is actually for senior people, to reinforce the bladder and prostate functions). And I feel quite better. I hope I will heal soon. And I hope this will help the others as well. Greetings. Meister.
