Just in case someone might read this with the same problem as I, buy yourself a prostate massage machine. I purchased one on ebay, 39.95. Uses 2 AA batts. If you can get over the fact that you are doing something to yourself that gay men enjoy, it will help you more than any drug or treatment you will get from the doctor. FordTruck....most of these forums are worthless because they treat disease with drugs, and surgery. Everyone wants an easy fix. The truth is if you have prostatitis now, it will probably get worse as you age. Antibiotics may work at first but after a while the bacteria in the prostate becomes resistant, the prostate gets further enlarged and inflamed. The normal patient will go for Turp or Green laser for BPH as they have difficulty urinating. They think they will be fine.... until complications arise like retrograde ejaculation and incontinence.....but the bacteria still clog the millions of prostate cells setting oneself up for cancer. I suggest you go to 2 websites for an education that you will thank me for.

Thank you for reading AND responding to my post. Prostatitus much be like a bad STD, you can't was it off with Comet Cleanser. I am SICK of dealing with it. I read the info on one of the websites you named, the other was deleted before I could see it by the mod? If this was to help someone I do not understand. I have heard of the warm sitz bath idea before, but without the Epsom salts. One thing that puzzles me, how does the debris work its way out of the prostate? Does it exit thru the penis? The site fails to mention urinating or ejaculating in the sitz bath water so I am baffled as to how this sludge/toxin or stones ended up in the sitz bath. My doc as well as everything I read on line says their is for sure toxins/stones trapped inside our infected/inflamed prostate but surgery is the only way to remove solids like you see in the picture. The 1st time I used the prostate massager the semen that came out during ejaculation was very thick and yellow. Has anyone that is reading this ever passed a stone from the prostate or something like it? Please write if you have. Doc gave me samples of Flowmax which really helps my stream. I think I could pressure wash with that thing after taking one of those. They do have a side effect however, retrograde ejaculation(Semen ends up being ejected into the bladder.
