i noticed i had what looked like a pimple at the base of my penis about a week and a half ago. no pimple like head on it just kinda raised and a little darker than the skin around it. it seemed like it was reducing in size(going away) over the past days, but this morning i went to go pee and i saw it was opened and bleeding slightly. i did not scratch it or anything like that it opened on its own. it now looks like a pimple with the head cut off. I 100% certain its no pimple though. im freaked out. please help if you can. im going to the clinic later this week but im really scared at this point. thanks.
