I was wondering if someone can help me with some answers

I had a possible risky encounter while in thailand. I took a massage from a naked massage girl while I myself was in my shorts.
I hugged the girl and touched her vagina (which was dry) and rolled about with her in the bed..however I was in my shorts all the time.
Later I noticed that some pre-cum had leaked out from my shorts..which may have made contact with the girls vagina.

It has been 2 months 10 days since the encounter.

About 4 weeks back I had some burning sensation while urinating and feeling of not having urinated fully. It became ok in about 2 weeks.
It however is back since last 4 days with some burning sensation while urinating and A warm sensation can be felt near the testicles anus and thigh also. I feel the same warm feeling near the knees also.
I went to the urologist and he found small traces of blood in the urine sample..other tests results are pending
Can anyone tell me if I may have caught STD? My penis seems unchanged except few very very small brown coloured stuctures near the tip which may have been present before also.
